Fairly sure I know who this was - they have never been given permission to drive on fields but have been getting increasingly bold at it until it turned too wet recently.
I actually asked the guy if he was doing it just two days before the last instance and he acted shocked.
But all the evidence stacks up not least he spoke to the gamekeepers and said he was coming on our field!
If they got stuck it would be fun to accidentally overturn it with the tractor.
